This gym is a joke, the people who work there have no manners and do not know how to talk to their customers. Organic fitness on Main road is far better.

Would love to gym but closing at 19:30 isn't going to do it for me, some of us work till 19:00. Rather increase your fees and close at 21:00. I start work at 6, im used to gyms in general closing at 9

Love my gym!Mathew, Immanuel, Debbie-Lee, Nashua and the rest of the team at ProActive as so supportive and super helpful!! You go to gym where you feel like everyone is family. Their equipment, classes offered and facility as a whole, is top shelf! The absolute best in the fitness industry. What a blessing to call ProActive my gym!!

Nice gym with most of the equipment you need to do any workout.Friendly and helpful staff and gym fees aren't too high. Month to month payment is available which is very convenient for people who don't want to be locked into a contract.

I was fortunate to be able to grab 8 one-on-one training sessions with Ilana. Thank goodness! I've never looked forward to training before but Ilana changed that. Professional, wonderful personality and just a very very good personal trainer, following up with quirky What's Apps after every session. Can feel the difference in just this short time. Thank you Ilana. And thank you, too, everyone else at Pro Active Fitness Such a friendly place but also professional all round.

ProActive is the best gym in Hermanus hands down. The rates are good, the staff are fantastic and the facilities are top notch. One would be hard pressed to find something missing here. Happy to be a member here!

Older equipment but works well. Some machines don't work during loadshedding. Floor disintegrating
