Atrocious service you’ll get insulted told you lack common sense and have your car window banged on because of a deserved bad google review, i guess the good old saying the truth hurts cuts deep for some.. Also good luck selling other high end appliances to people while your client communication levels are way below par when you can’t even get a customers requirements right for parts on a Jura coffee machine.

This is a spot that I come to whenever I have an inquiry or a problem with my coffee machine at home. I have been using their service for probably the last 4 – 5 years, and every time I walk in, I am greeted by name, and receive really good service. Once again, the team have impressed me this morning by knowing what type of machine I had, and what I required for my machine, when I went in to get a spare part for the milk frother attached to my coffee machine.Cape Coffee service a variety of coffee machines should you need that, and are always on-hand should you need to ask questions. I have always received helpful information and answers from them whenever I ask anything about my machine. Definitely a place to go to if you want to buy, or just service your machine, or get some advice on what’s a good coffee machine for your home, or for office use.

What a breath of fresh air! Marietjie at front office is always eager to help and accommodate requests.Technician David is extremely proficient and knowledgeable. The whole experience was just such a pleasure.I'm definitely changing to Cape Coffee - the drive out to Strand is easily worth it.

It is great to have an agent such as Cape Cofee that can take care of excellent Jura coffee machines. I take my coffee machine to them once a year for a clean out and service, and replacement parts are readibly available. Very happy with the service received thus far.
