Shockingly unfriendly and unhelpful over the phone. Whomever is responsible for answering enquires and dealing with customers should be made aware of this. This is not the first time and clearly a reflection of poor management. So unfortunate for a business that's been around for years.

Been using this business for years now and there service is always great. Had my washing machine which is almost 20 years old picked up this week on Monday and the next day it was returned and fixed. Still the best in town. Thanks to Graham and his team for the great experience.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I've had in regards to customer service. I waited 3 weeks, no feedback. I had to phone 3 times in the 3 weeks just to get some information out of them. They handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional way. I will never use nor recommend them again.

Rudest people that I know of!!! Came jnto the shop just to hear an old man (manager?) be rude to a friendly customer. He didn’t assist her by helping her open the door, she came in and he shouted we can’t help you. Not the first time that I have experienced the rudeness.I brought my tumble dryer in and he also shouted “we don’t work on that, it’s to old” before I could even say something.NEVER again.

A very professional service. I called, a technician visited, the refrigerator was collected and found to be not worth repairing. I cannot fault the service or integrity of this firm, as a matter of fact, I am interested in purchasing a second hand replacement refrigerator from them. I strongly advise that you make use of their service should you be in need of refrigerator repair. Outstanding service.

According to Google they are open on a Saturday. Nowhere does it show they are closed due to a long weekend. This will be the third time I will be returning the tumbledryer for the same repair. Disappointing given the current weather conditions in the Western Cape. Think twice before using their services.
