I was very pleased with the patience shown to me by Michelle, as my parcel had to be opened and repacked, and I was rather nervous as I had not used this facility before. My parcel took only 48hrs to go from the George office to its recipient in the UK, that is amazing. I will use DHL again.

Saturday morning. Urgent delivery. Online it shows the store is open on a Saturday morning. Traveld 40 kilometers only to find it closed.

I can't speak for the SA branch but my experience with the UK branch has been terrible.The absolute WORST service EVER experienced from a courier (DHL Express UK). My parcel to Germany was not delivered on account of an abusive, rude and intimidating delivery person" who had the receiver in tears. She called DHL who told her no costs
