Just bought a bike here from Benny. Knowledgeable and genuine sales rep/bike technician who was genuine and honest which is what I want.Bikes are quality with solid components. Better to spend the money and get something quality then have issues later which will cost even more $$$.Very happy with my purchase and customer service is impeccable!

We have been loyal Trek customers for a few years. As Trek doesn’t sell bike carriers I bought mine at Anaconda. Whilst servicing my Trek bike, I was hoping for a mechanic to have a look at the carrier (as my previous one had broken down with the little one inside) to have a quick check (who else do you have to ask if a bike mechanic can’t do this?) Not even willing to listen to my concerns. Shut me off mid-conversation. No empathy, no willingness to hear me out. They also have no decent project management system. I was told to come in today but none of them knew about it. Not the first time either. Great place if you want to buy a bike. Not so much once you are a customer.

My husband recently was fortunate to buy his ultimate dream bike. It was a long process, with him agonising over colour choice for MONTHS! He made regular visits to the Joondalup Trek store discussing, and rediscussing his options. At that point, it was still just a dream. Regardless, Trek Joondalup greet him with enthusiasm and answered his endless questions happily.When finally came the day that we could order the bike, Trek Joondalup helped us organise a little surprise party in-store for him, and joined the celebration as if it were their own bike!!When the bike arrived, the level of enthusiasm in the store was amazing. For my husband, purchasing this bike has been a journey, and this team made it epic for him from the start.Anytime I went into the store, for any reason, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to help, knowledgeable and happy to ask a colleague if they weren’t sure.This is a group of people who clearly love what they do, and do it well. If you want great customer service, an excellent bike (or accessories) and great servicing, this team are for you. Jeremy, you are a superstar. Thank you.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff member Jeremy. Let my 3 year old son try out all the bikes, very informative, engaging and professional. Will definitely be purchasing and servicing our bikes here. Well worth the price, never felt pressured to purchase and was not rushed.

Wow! I just called to ask a question about my beloved Townie that I brought from over seas. I was so impressed with Tom’s customer service! The genuine interest in helping me and his knowledge was such a nice change of pace. Tom just brought in a new customer! Would definitely recommend Trek Joondalup to anyone looking to buy their first bike or looking to upgrade their current bike.For me personally when buying something new it's all about the experience and Jeremy and his team did not fail to deliver.In this particular case ordering a project one bike meant a lot of time was spent choosing colour combinations and making sure we got it right.
