Staff at the petrol station is just rude, will help other people that arrive after you and then will laugh at you if you call them out on it. Happened to me 3 times already in the last 6 months. Will never get my business again.

Normally with bad service like this I would just go somewhere else. Unfortunately today I had no choice but to patiently accept the rude unwelcoming feeling that comes with this staff.I was planning to fill my tank.. but quickly changed my mind.Being the only customer putting petrol I sat and watched 3 member standing watching me but not atemting to assist. Meanwhile 3 other member were having a chat with a lady walking past.After a good 5 minutes.. Shepard... came to assist... when I asked him why the staff is ignoring me he just looked at me and said how much...Then proceeded to put petrol. He took what felt like forever to put in R200 as he was now having further convers with the other staff.I will not stop at this garage ever again.

The service at this Wild Bean Cafe is a disgrace to the brand. I visit a lot of these Wild Bean Cafe's, so I know the standard and quality of service of the brand very well, but this one has repeatedly given us bad service. The lady, Ayanda, is always slow and has a really bad attitude. Today was classic - she was with a trainee lady (she didn't have a proper name tag, just trainee), they didn't attend to us for the longest time, giving us dirty looks. Eventually when they did give us service, the hot dog rolls were not fresh (very flaky), she handled our food with used gloves she took out from a dirty bundle, she didn't use tongs. This was all done by a trainee. I do not advise anyone to get their food at this Wild Bean Cafe - very unhygienic and rude service, not forgetting the food was not fresh.I'm definitely done giving this branch a chance.

Service is always quick here. Good job team and shift leaders. Nice getting the fast service.

This is the 1 of the worst BP garages I have ever seen.DO NOT NEVER EVER I REPEAT, EVER, GO TO THIS GARAGE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WORK NIGHTSHIFT.The work stuff here sleep on the job. You will have to wait 15 mins before someone decides to helps, even when not busy.Guys at the tills also very slack and not helpful at all.I would rather go further down the road to the other petrol stations for a better customer service.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

My car is scratched to hell!!! I firstly had to wait 40 minutes before my car got its chance to be cleaned, and on top of that, the oak that cleaned my car used the roughest cloth possible (which I suspect had sand on it) because my car is COVERED in scratches now. Terrible place.

Smiles are contagious, but with this service I always walk away with a frown. Have to wait 15min for before someone helps, even when not busy, and only one card machine between 5 guys. Guys at the tills also very slack and not helpful at all. Rather go further down to the other stations for better service.

Does management not train their staff on basic customer service here? I ended up going to Total up the road, wayyyy better service.
