The worst service I have ever had and I could not imagine that it would be from a Major brand PG Glass... The guy at reception insisted that yes they do not have to honor PG glass guarantees as they are just a franchise.... Now I'm not sure anymore what the word or the franchise business means... Even though I said our insurance company is contracted with PG he chased me away by wanting to charge me R280 to refit my rear view mirror which came apart from the windscreen.

I went to PG Glass to have a chip repaired on my windshield. Not only was the price fair, but more importantly the friendliness of the staff was awesome. The technician patiently explained the process and the quality of the repair is supurb!! Well done and thanks to PG Glass. Will definitely return.

Fast and friendly service. They cut my glass shelf while I waited. I was able to pay by card which was great and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Navigating the parking outside was tricky and just be warned it is not a pretty store front or shop. But I got what I needed and will pop in again for sure.
