Excellent service! My daughter took me there to the spa for a full body massage, and wow! I struggle with migraines due to my neck and back, and not a single migraine since I went for the massage, thank you to the staff and management. Well done.

The service, from pre-reservation to check-in and during our stay was generally great. We went for one night for a “romantic getaway” package that included spa treatments. When we checked in, we were told there was a 30% discount for add-on spa treatments. Unfortunately, when we went to the spa in the morning, we were told it was fully booked. Communication around this could have been better. We had dinner on-site. The food was not great. My wife had a steak that she ordered medium-rare, but it came very rare. I had a pasta with creamy sauce that was very heavy on the cream. Finally, the room: there was a twin bed and a single bed. There’s no practical way for us to sleep in a twin. We weren’t informed of this prior to arrival, so sleeping in separate beds wasn’t very “romantic”. On site, apart from the restaurant, is a separate bar, coffee shop, and well-appointed spa. Note: I chose not to address any of these issues on site—presumably management could have done something about some of them.

The service is great, you feel well taken care of, the grounds are lovely and the spa is also quite the experience.. There is a salon on the premise as well which is great if you are taking a self-care" retreat. Very pleasant and enjoyable experience"

Stayed for 3 nights, the staff is very friendly and very helpful.Service was a bit slow on the first day when ordering food as the food is fresh made. But on the other nights it was very fast with no issues. Love that they have a wider variety for dinner.My shower water was however luke warm on the first night and I ran out of water mid shower on my second day.Love that they placed a notice for the load shedding schedule and a warning about the noise as they had a function on one of the nights.Besides all of that I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed my meals

When me and the wife checked in the caretaker was very welcoming. The massage package says one hour full body massage however we only got just over half an hour. I would rate the full body massage 4 out of 10. None of the facilities work from sauna , steam room and Jacuzzi. The noise levels coming from staff and other guests continued through the night. Myself and the wife hardly got any sleep. Food review: pizza dough was raw and pizza was bland. Breakfast was disgusting omelette were still raw and bland. I honestly will not go to this establishment ever again. Surprised that they claim to say they are rated four and half stars. I would give no stars if I could. The honest traveller
