PostNet Stoneridge

A friend of mine sent me a tablet from Polokwane. The parcel arrived in two days with no damage to it. I would recommend using PosNet to send parcel

Great and efficient service.

Very disappointed, went in to send a package and another customer came in to do the same. After she left the staff were still processing my package. They promptly started to discuss the previous customer negatively in terms of the insurance on her package. In a way that was making fun of her as she didn't appear to understand the pricing around insurance. Bearing in mind that the staff member helping me didn't even bother to ask me whether I wanted express or normal delivery for my package as I also questioned the pricing. The other staff member then started discussing the other customers daughter. I found this unprofessional and addressed them by saying that I hope they don't discuss me when I leave (as I had also questioned the insurance and pricing). To which the staff responded by laughing. I told them its actually not nice to speak about other customers once they leave especially when there is still other customers in the store. I have no issue with discussing customers, we all have bad days but its very unprofessional and sad that this happened whilst another customer (me in this instance) was still in the store. Especially since the conversation was started, encouraged and entertained by the store manager. It's not okay, and I am sure that the owner is completely unaware of this behavior.

The two coloured ladies if they are not racist then I can say they don’t love their job ,I just went in the shop now and just stood by at the counter and one continued with what she was doing, the phone rang the other stood up and went to pick up the phone which was wr I was standing , she answered the phone and went away. I asked for a quote and the one who was busy with something just answered me to get rid of me , I asked a second Q pertaining to the quote they had gave me and I was told to wait as she was busy with something. I then decided to walk away.

None of the Postnet branches charge the same per print copy. From R1.50 at Eriksson Centre in Kempton Park, the price here at Stoneridge Mall = R6.00 per single black & white copy. Time to standardise?

On the 21st of April 2022, we went in to post a parcel of gifts for my son, who's birthday it was on the 27th of April. We were promised it would arrive by the 26th of April at the latest. By the morning of the 27th, it had still not arrived! After calling the store to find out why it was taking so long to get to the destination, i was promised it would get to my son no matter what, it had still not arrived as promised. I and my family and friends will never use Postnet ever again! My 6 year old's birthday was a disaster!

I was charged full price by staff here for printing and guillotining, after they insisted that I operate their guillotine myself - (Because they close in 1 hour.)Lazy

We have dealt with Postnet Stoneridge numerous times, and each time we have had brilliant service. They are on the ball, efficient and fast. The service is excellent!
