Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered with a company. For many, paying such a huge amount of money or investment to have solar is not easy. So to be treated like dirt and to not have any communication post installation is shocking! Emails, WhatsApp’s and calls go unanswered. They are very quick to demand payment but go MIA after installation is done! Very disappointing service! My emails were to add more panels but I guess I will have to go somewhere else! The staff here need customer service training! Could name, names but God will deal with them!

I had such a great service experience, until the product arrived. The solar panels are incorrect for the battery inverter unit. I am trying to assist someone living in a shack with no power in the Karoo and this is very frustrating. There is no answer at any phone numbers and my calls and WhatsApp messages have been ignored for 10 days!

They do not answer the phone numbers nor emails, nor WhatsApp messages.Not even half of the solar system I purchased was delivered. No business rescue practitioner contacted us either, as per the prescribed notice letter.

Awesome service from Solar UPS. Ordered a Kodak 3kW inverter and it was delivered within three days as communicated. Kept constant communication throughout the ordering process. Definitely ordering from them soon!
