Was told to cancel my booking and would be refunded within 12 days, it's been 24 days without my refund and whenever I make a follow-up, the assistant over the phone is rude, hangs up on me and tells me that they will refund me the next day and keeps saying that but I still don't receive my money the following day.

If I could, I would rate this guesthouse with 10 stars. The staff members are the sweetest, including the security guards, they made sure we were safe at all times. Every room was very clean and my friends enjoyed their stay. I also received flowers and cake from the receptionists, they are truly the sweetest and this guesthouse was definitely worth it for such an affordable price.
