I was so happy to be at Humana Step-down. The Dr is the best as for the sisters and nursing staff they are phenomenal. The cleaners and kitchen staff wonderful the food the best. Thank you will love and miss you eve. The physio thank you once again

I was waiting for my husband for about 4hrs while he had his procedure. But that's ok that's how long it took.I was disappointed that I wasn't offered refreshments though.

My mom was just discharged today and had a FANTASTIC experience. Wonderfull Dr, amazing nurses and staff. She wanted to come back home BUT will miss all her new friends she made. THANK YOU ALL!

Accommodation of family visits was really bad and only one person can go in at a time. As a result an 84 year old family member could not visit.

Best nursing staff ever. So caring. They missed me before I even left. They even called the next day to ask if I don't miss them because they missed me. Keep it up guys
