Applied for a contract on Friday, and despite regular follow ups on my side to find out if it has been approved and promises to call me back nothing of the sort has happened , not even a follow up to say we are still waiting for approval from a specific department, I have been a longtime Vodacom customer but I am going to give MTN a try.For a company that retrenches staff regularly you seem to drag your feet when it comes to new business.

I would give zero stars if i could. Unfriendliest service I've ever received at any shop. Made me feel that we were seriously inconveniencing the staff member on duty with a simple, uncomplicated query. I had to drag all answers out of him and his reluctance to help was very apparent. I did not get my query resolved. This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for 20 years but this experience has been so negative that I wonder whether it is worthwhile continuing my relationship with them.

Sent my device in twice for repairs, as it was not charging, and both times after paying for the repairs the device is still not charging...The service I got when phoning was appalling and rude... I would give a zero star if I could.

Went to shop and they were closing,their closing times on internet doesn't match their trading hours,when I mentioned this, a guy pointed to the trading hours hand written and posted on the Glass door,I told him the only problem with your notice on the door is ! I can't see it from my House, so wasted my time and Petrol to go there,they said they would speak to the owner about it,but I'm sure if you go there it's just the same, not impressed.
