It one of those KFC where there is always something you won't find on a menu.Either hot wings out of stock.Ice cream machine not working or something.One cashier. Long que. Always a wait. Under staffed. Mind you it an only KFC outlet in Nqutu. So end up going for Boxer or hungry lion.they have prompt service and little or no wait period

We had to wait for almost an hour to get the order. I mean they know that it been, they should prepare enough meat so that they'll never keep us waiting for such a long time and there was too much chaos in terms of queue.I believe they can do better next time knowing that they are serving their customers with care

I bought 21 pieces of meat on sunday afternoon on my way to Ladysmith. The meat was confusing smelled like KFC and looked like chicken Licken, we shared the meat amongst two vehicles and upon our arrival in Ladysmith every one was not happy with the meat. The meat was tasteless.

NEGATIVE STARSToday marks the worst KFC experience i have ever encountered. Nquthu staff doesn't want to serve us. They did not want to open up after loadshedding, and their excuse is that they are busy preparing. 1 hour 15 minutes later they still have not opened and they are being rude, they are shouting at us. If i was the manager i would fire all of them.One of the present staff was Miss Lungile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service was quick. I arrived evening when they were about to close, luckily I was in. Friendly staff and enjoyed my meal like always.

The worst KFC ever. Meat is undercooked. We had to wait outside while they were still cleaning, the time was 12:00 and loadshedding had ended an hour before. Horrible service. Their meat doesn't have that crunch. Ice-cream is never available.

Staff was very friendly and they were intentional with making my experience worth while, I appreciated that.
