Such a clean shop with friendly staff and management. However, on busy days the queues can be quite long and exhausting. What a wonderful shopping experience!

Had a terrible experience at this shop. Two cashiers Sigwili and Setjhaba were blatantly unfriendly towards me. I was going to make two deposits on Tyme Bank accounts. I first went to Sigwili whom I had made a tymebank to earlier, and she rudely refused to assist without providing any explanation. I then went to Setjahaba who closed the POS he was working on while I was looking for my card to complete the transaction and left me unattended. To top things off, their security guard followed me around like a thief because I had a plastic with shopping from shoprite while their parcel counter was closed and I wasn’t comfortable leaving my shopping on the floor by the entrance. I ended up leaving without doing what I intended to do and went to the other newly opened boxer.

Though a bit crowded on the main Street, I felt very safe and could walk freely without fear. The services were also very cordial especially by Boxer and Shoprite. I would go there again.Even the street vendors were very good.

It's always packed, either the store is small or they have many loyal customers. It's not very tidy. If you are a hygiene freak, then maybe consider going to another place. Not all the food sold is in good quality! ALWAYS CHECK THE EXPIRERY DATES! MY experience was not the best. The staff is fine. They are not unfriendly.

I've shopped since I was young in this store, been a reliable store for years. I cannot complain, also it has done a lot for my community especially job opportunities for unemployed youth.

Good specials for rural customers with enough space for parking. We will evaluate during the festive their customer service

Like any other boxer, it's always busy but has great deli foods. Also, their baked goods are always fresh and tasty. They also have a good sale for people that prefer buying in bulk.

You can buy at least more things that you need

It's nice and clean. The staff is helpful and I had a great shopping experience with them.

The environment is inviting, clean, the architecture excellent and of modern aesthetic design, interior decor matches that of big cities. Parking always available and so far, secure.
