Extremely poor service. I visited the store on 10 November 2020 at around 5.20pm. Order number 145. My order took about 35 minutes. Two staff were only taking orders. Prepared meals were stacking up but not packed and served. No interest in customers. I ordered the 6 piece special, large chips and large mash and gravy. It was pouring rain. When I got home and opened box there was 1 piece chicken short. Only 5 in box. I phoned and spoke to female Manager. She indicated I must drive back in the rain to collect 1 piece of chicken. I laughed at her suggestion. I told her I will complain to KFC head office. She told me she will deliver the 1 piece. I'm still waiting. Overall pathetic service. Total arrogance and lack of customer service. Stay away from this KFC.

The chicken is decent enough, however what is unacceptable is when u specifically ask for chili salt and sauce when ordering its never pack I mean never,,, I order atleast once a month but this store does not seem to see that u need to send salt regardless,,,, especially if a customer selects or asks for salt,,, it's even better when Instore, you ask for chilli salt with a 6 piece and u get one small pack of salt,, don't dare ask for more,, you get an evil look and mumbled words in zulu and another pack of salt thrown your way like the dog customer u are. Is this a norm, or is it because of who I am being an Indian? I feel racially offended,,,

Ordered a wrapsta box, and boy was I disappointed. The lettuce in the wrap was old, wilted and off. Removed the top part of the lettuce, and took a bite, and found that midway the lettuce was also wilted and brown. The pattie was thin and over cooked, and the cheese was sparse, for lack of a better word. Dreading to see what the piece of chicken looks like.

Food was fine, but the lady at the entrance of the restaurant is very rude. This is the second time I have been there and the woman has contributed nothing to the operation of the store and just left me as a customer feeling disrespected and unwanted in their shop.The store would be better without her. I did nothing to provoke this person they simply kicked me out the store before I could get my receipt because I was taking up space in the shop.

A small KFC restaurant within the Musgrave Centre. Recently renovated (December 2022). More of a order and go vibe than a sit down and eat space. There are one or two table and chairs for seating. The meals on offer are the usual KFC options. Queues are usually long especially around lunch time but it moves quite quickly too. Decent enough service.

I would give 0 rate if there was. A cashier on duty that took a walk-in male customer that just came into the yet I was on the que for almost 8-9 minutes.When I went to complain she did not apologise but continued to help the guy. And I left the store.
