I called Steers Ngcobo last week while I was diving from Elliott this lady picked up the phone when she heard that I was talking to her in English she spoke in Xhosa now I am not speaking any African language coz I never had the pleasure of being taught another African language but I never in my life ever thought that me not being able to speak Xhosa would be a disadvantage for me to place my order by Steers.the lady picked up the phone then I could hear her talk to her colleagues that something about English customer on the line but in Xhosa the next best thing she dropped the phone line so I called again and no luck I drove to the Steers and when I questioned her about her behavior she was like whatever sire.... All I want to ask is that when steers called her for an interview was it conducted in Xhosa this interview or only in her Xhosa language. Some clarity from Steers please if you care about customers then I will be extremely grateful for you to reply to this message

I do like Steers burgers! This Steers branch is as you would expect. There is a few minutes wait whilst the order is prepared but it is generally worth the wait. Parking can be an issue as this Steers shares its forecourt with Debonairs and a Shell Garage on a very busy main road intersection within Ngcobo! Overall, not a bad Steers experience.

Steers Engcobo, very poor service I have been receiving. Last time I ordered I told myself I'll never order again. But here finding myself ordering today at 17:20 and only receiving cold food at 18:55. Worst part is calling them and listening to the machine until the machine drops the call. I'm furious right now because even the cell number goes straight to voicemail. It's as useless as their service.
