Curves is an excellent gym for Women only, very welcoming. The coaches are very positive and encouraging and makes one stay on track. Curves fit my needs perfectly. Love the strength training.

They do not cater to the fasting muslim during Ramadhan. There is no account freezing option, so you pay that R400 that month even though you will not be using the facilities because their hours don’t even stretch past sunset nor before sunrise to fit in an hour of exercise before or after the daily fast. Besides, I went there religiously for 3 months and there was no difference in my weight. Just a waste of money, time and energy. Only plus is that it’s a women only gym and one can work comfortably.
