Jeff is a great instructor, really knows his stuff but is also open minded to new ways of doing things. The sessions are really fun and don't feel repetitive.

Joining was the best decision I think I have ever made. The atmosphere here is terrific. Wonderful trainer who puts in the time and effort with each member. The classes are great and the things you learn will stay with you forever. I highly recommend whether you are experienced or a beginner.

A great place to train and develop your self-defence skills. Jeff is a highly experienced fighter and a good insructor. The other members and students are welcoming and friendly. Leave your egos at the door and come and learn.
