Im so disappointed. My application for the SRG is approved. Yet I only collected one payment for May 2020. When I call the office I am received with Sorry you are just going to have to wait". Here I am 3 months later still unemployed and no funds received. I have truly lost my faith in the system."

The employees were rude and offensive to my mother based of her skin color for being white. As a mixed child I am absolutely disgusted. South Africa is meant to be about Ubuntu. Come on guys, this isnt right.

Absolutely ridiculous how long they make you wait ..we've been waiting from 6am till 3pm..only for them to come and tell us to come back the next day..they don't understand that there are people coming from far places who have to pay R200-R300 for transport..not everyone has that kind of money to spend so many times just to get told to come back the next day ..if people had that kind of money they wouldn't be standing in the queue waiting to apply for grant

Absolutely pathetic service no staff member that works at the sssa offices ever had any humanity. They get paid to do a job but they don't even do it properly. Making old people wait for hours and always being offline. This is our life now like dogs for so less money to be treated so unfairly.

I have been waiting for 4hoursome sitting in the wrong queue. Worst is new steel chairs in the hall wat. It is too low to sit down onto the chairs whigh is about 10 centimetres for the ground uplease which is too low to sit on especially elderly people. Or people suffering with back or hip probless. U a as management she try it out and how feels to sit on those chair.

I have taken off from work on a Friday afternoon to take my mom we was there at 1 which was way before the closing time. The security let us in but the guy at the 1st counter took off with my mom and I. After explaining the work situation and my mom has medical concerns that's why I take bring her he indirectly called us lairs and he said he don't want to hear it. He needs and will be dealt with.
