Rawson Properties Boksburg N17 & Germiston

I am totally disappointed in the service I have been receiving from this estate agency , I gave notice well in advance .... I have been requested my statement of accounts on my deposit paid (as the deposit needs to be in an interest bearing account) till date i have not recieved it... I have vacated the rental property and still await for my deposit to be paid etc back to me as this is my money .... all I have been given is stories after stories. Paid into difference accounts etc , had to make reversal etc . Till now I still don't have a breakdown of my deposit etc nothing at all this is so sad that a company of this nature fails to provide a simple request and follow proper industry protocols .... please make sure that if you ever rent that you have all in order with this estate agency as they play with your money ....Hello Peter next and also estate agents board as wellVery upset client teated unfairly .....

When it comes to peoples deposits, Rawson are the worst estate agents to deal with . They dont refund deposits and they ignore emails when you ask for your depoits

Really bad service. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Our property stood vacant for a month when they promised to advertise it and they just ignored it.Now that I've given it other more interested estate agents, I have had so much more interest in the property.
