Highly recommend Dr Govender, she is kind, she always listens to the patient attentively. I had done a Root Canal with her and it was almost pain free. She is humble and always as a smile on her face, definately recommend her without a doubt!

If you want to be traumatized you can definitely go to this dentist. Dr Govender ( I read so many good reviews hence deciding to go there) was not there so the stand in Dr helped me. I went in for a tooth extraction. The Dr gave me an injection which I thought was the anaesthetic. She barely looked at my tooth and also no x-rays taken. When she wanted to start, I told her that I can still feel everything and she said yes I will feel everything. I did ask why and she noted that this is how it should be done. While busy with the extraction she could clearly see how traumatizing it was for me. Afterwards she just turned around and told me to meet her at the reception. She never spoke to me afterwards or at the reception. These people are rude and insensitive. Please be careful to go there. I feel that they should have given me the option for the anaesthetic and I would have gladly paid. The Dr got very impatient as she wanted me not to move or have an reaction. Well, with no anaesthetic, you will feel it all. YOU WILL MOVE!!! I am reporting this dentist at the dental board first thing tomorrow morning. Honestly, I could have done this extraction in my husband's garage as it was the same experience. I had a tooth extraction previously and the Dr made we comfortable and the experience was painless.
