I had a traumatic experience driving home tonight from Amanzimtoti. I hit a concrete brick on the highway by Isipingo turnoff, it was dark, I was a female, all alone, it was very scary!!I made my way on the rim of my tyre to this garage. These 3 guys were incredible! So kind, they took control of the situation, made me feel safe, immediately replaced my wheel, even washed my windscreen, all with the friendliest of smiles!Huge shout out to you!!! Engen Panda you have an incredible team, I hope you treasure them!!!ENGEN headoffice if you have a Recognition award, these 3 really deserve it! THANK YOU!!

It's the second time they dubble charge me for a item. Me being in a rush to get to work, dont have time to look at my slip. Read my message from the bank, and saw the charge. When i went back, they said they dont have a code to reverse the money to my cheque account. And I'm not going to stand and argue for R13. 99Remember to check, before you pay.

I've never had such a bad experience at any gas station beside this one, i bought food at the store which didn't comply with the expiry date when i taste it, when i took it back they told me there's nothing they can do because the expiry date was on the following day, when i told them to taste it they refused and told me to take it with me and i wasn't even offered a till slip, Not sure whether it was because of my dirty clothes (as I was on duty) that's why they didn't want to take me serious .

The employees are friendly and care about their clients. Some do ask what else can they do or check apart from petrol. Something that is expected from petrol attendants anyway.

Was there today, no sanitizer in the entrance to the store. Staff have no masks, gloves or hand sanitizer and are expected to work like that through the lock down period... The owners of this store must be some very greedy people... Shame on you
