Questionable integrity

The gate motor they installed not two months ago has failed to close 4 times in the ' not two months' and whenever one calls them they are too busy to attend to you or they promise to call at your house and do not pitch and dont contact one at all. Very bad service. I will never recommend them

Complete worst company to deal with.Damaged my bathroom basin when they replaced the ceilings following a burst geyser.They kept on not pitching up at my house to replace the basin or lie and kept on making excuses as to why did not rock up. Eventually told them that I do not want anyone from ABD Solutions in my house.Digicall who initially appointed ABD advised that I can opt for the option in obtaining replacement quotes. Quote was sent to them and I have been battling since mid October to have payment made. I have been let down over and over again and still have not received money that is due to me.I have referred this back to Digicall who is trying to assist in getting this matter resolved. Empty promises are also being made to Digicall on when payment will be made but yet again this has not been honored.Excuses for payment not being made:1. Their systems have crashed and they do not have my details to make payment but yet again when Diane notified me of this my details was on the email she replied to me?????2. Their account have been placed on hold at the bank as it needed to be RICA'd.......You RICA your phone, not your bank account!3. Hold has been lifted and payment will be made on 30.11.2021. No payment was made and no excuse as to why. Advised that payment will now be made on 10.12.2021.3. Payment of 10.12.2021 which was never done and that it will loaded for 15.12.2021.........today is 17.12.2021 and still no money reflects in my account.Each person reading this review should consider twice before dealing with ABD Solutions........You will most definitely be disappointed. Don't get your hopes up!

Uiters swak diens. Versekerings eis om hek motor te vervang. Afspraak was vroeg oggend. Teen 14h00 was hier nog steeds niemand nie. Elke keer ander verskoning as ek die kantoor skakel. Uiters swak! Gaan hulle beslis by Absa rapporteer.

Daar is net een woord vir hierdie maatskqppy wat deur my versekeraar aangestel is om herstelwerk by my huis te doen ná n inbraak: PATETIES!!! Swak verfwerk, daag nie op nie al is daar verskeie afsprake gemaak. Bly weg van hulle!!!
