What I have learned through my experience with Kung Fu is! Dont give up no matter how many times you fall. This is my 3rd time going back to the Songshan Kung Fu Executive Academy. Why? Life and circumstances. I keep going back because it gives me peace within. It challenges me mentally! Breaks through those internal blocks the lies we tell ourselves. Physically it has made me strong and confident. I feel that each time I go back I learn so much more. When I thought I would never get back to Where I was. I am amazed how far I have progressed. If you fall pick yourself up and try again and again and again. Its so worth it in the end. Thank you Master Cheyne for having the patience and perseverance to help me on my journey. Its not easy but its so worth it.

Master Cheyne Macintosh is an extremely enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate teacher who has been practicing martial arts since he was a teenager. Master Cheyne has the talent to get the best out of every student. He keeps our classes interesting, inspiring, enjoyable, and challenging. Master Cheyne has a deep understanding of Tai Chi and is keen to explain the theoretical, physical, and spiritual aspects of it. He makes sure that we always learn something new in each class. It is an honour to know him.We practise Tai Chi in a group of people. This group of students is a pleasant mix of people, very friendly and considered. Master Cheyne has patience with each individual student and takes his time to help everybody.Tai Chi together with the Meditation classes has changed my life. I have become calmer, fitter, happier, more able to cope with stress, and more comfortable within myself. Many negative things have faded away or they disappeared.The Edenvale Songshan Kung-Fu Executive Academy with Master Cheyne are highly recommended.

The Academy, Master Cheyenne and the teachers is a wonderful place for personal growth, fitness, flexibility and overall exceptional health and well-being. The best place to be for many reasons and I for one am very happy to be associated with the Academy!

I have been doing Tai Chi with Master Cheyne for just over a year And I must say it has changed my life . Through Master Cheyne guidance I have learned so much about myself and am nowhere near the person I was when I started . I am constantly learning and evolving and hope to be part of Master Cheyne’s academy for years to come .
