I am most dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order at 18:17 at the greenside branch. By 19:05 I phoned to follow up and was told that driver has just left (I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant) by 19:30 i phoned again and was told the same thing that the driver had just left. I questioned this and the manager saying that I was told this previously, to which he responded the driver had forgotten the pizza previously but had now collected it. At 8 I phoned again and the manager simply said he would make a new pizza. Almost 2 hours after the original order. No compensation was offered. I decided to take my services elsewhere. This kind of service and deception about the order progress is unacceptable.

Always great. Except that I have left a few times with avo not added as I requested. Their vegan pizza is super great, am hooked.

When one pays the prices we pay for your pizza one certainly expects all the items to be on the pizza. I ordered 3 toppings they never put on my cherry tomatoes. I don't have the time to drive back so furious when I pay for items and don't get them. I was the only customer in the shop. Seriously .Called and have had no follow-up, or feedback or offer to replace what I paid for. Disgusting

When an owners response to a 5 star review is to tell you that you have impeccable taste, it leaves a stench of ungrateful arrogance in the air. Doubt I will be back. My original review (that came with 5 stars):They make a great vegan pizza. Prices are a bit high, but I understand that it's not cheap to run a 24 hour operation. Will definitely try again, would frequent more often if the prices were not so high.

Pizzas were good and service was great. What more could you ask for? (The only thing I find so strange about Andiccio branches are the horrible surgical bright white lights. Please someone make it stop.)

I often work at andiccio and order some coffees or milkshakes most of the time as I chill out to work there, I do this for changes in scenery while do my work, I have often had meetings there with clients who I bring and we order together however the one day I don't order, there was this guy behind the counter who told me to order or get lost. It left a sour taste and irritated me. I have built a great relationship with the other guys here, they know me and understand how I operate when I am here, it's sad because I liked chilling and doing some office work here instead of being in the office all the time, I guess it's time to find a new space to have my change of scenery" vibes. Maybe my support will be appreciated elsewhere."
