Took my Jetsky for a service and some repairs.They said they replaced my battery, but after launching the Jetsky o could not start the unit as the battery was dead.Asked them to replace a clip which they did, but they could not pick up the other one was also broken.They did a bouncy on the unit, but they inspected the seals on the unit ?Asked for additional work as well, which they never did - they not repair this was the answer after questioning there bill.I had to pay for paddle, but if they looked in the units there where already paddles in the nose cone.

Ok I'll be honest, I'm very biased towards this brand.. My dad bought his XS11 back in '81 from Danny Mulder at the original Linex.. Not to mention a handful of XT500's. So I would be stupid to try and hide the fact that I was born and raised Yamaha, and the staff here live that every day. I have never walked into a showroom or workshop for the first time and felt wanted, people eager to show their work and passion for a brand and vast range of products that connects you on a level that only a handful of people ever get to experience.. yes I know that this isn't very informative to most people, but when you see the spark flash in someone's eyes when you ask a seemingly simple question, you know you found something special.. And this was just a visit, I'm really looking forward to dealing with them in the near future for parts and services.

My first visit to Yamaha Lynnwood on Monday. Went to have a look at the Tenere 700 and not one staff member made an effort to approach me even though I spent about 15min in the shop looking at the T7's and some of the gear. The one salesman was playing on his phone at his desk the entire time even though he saw me walking up and down between the bikes. I ended up buying a KTM today, at least they greet and assist customers when entering the shop. Might have bought the T7 but I was too annoyed to go back to the shop.

Zero after-purchase customer care with very poor workmanship from their mechanics. So far, they’re doing a “fantastic” job at returning Indian to South Africa…Rather go to World of Yamaha for you Indian and Yamaha needs. They are way better and care more about you and your vehicles

Had a tyre fitted to my Harley at Linex Yamaha Lynnwood. Good service and price. My bike developed a rear brake issue a week later. They had no problem to have a look and informed me that the master cylinder needs a rebuild. I provided the parts and did it free of charge. A big thank you to Rhys Williams and Nadine de Villers. I am a happy customer.
