I mean, KFC is KFC! Fried chicken always to juicy perfection. Used the drive through but had to wait for 20 minutes in the parking lot for my order. Still fairly convenient for food on the move. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They did explain about the wait. I like this KFC because it's not too busy.

The toilets are stinking poo very dirty. I ordered zinger wrapsta but no chilli at all. The chips are just plain and white. I will never visit the store ever again. When you eat in you don't even get eating tray we are expected to eat on the carrier bags provided. I had a terrible experience.

Customer satisfaction is not honoured...the quality of food has deteriorated .Why should we as loyal customers waste our money on a product and telecons to complain...nothing happens.It's not worth the 1 star...
