Do not use this branch. Utterly useless. They allow people to jump the queing. People are being given other peoples medication when colleting medicine preordered. Also tell people to collect and then can't find the medicine.

Every time I come to get my prescription I am disappointed. They always take so long. I have waited 30mins to 1 hour. I don't know if they are understaffed or if their systems are not efficient enough but be prepared to WAAAAAIT a long time before getting serviced at the pharmacy.

What utterly low-class treatment from your pharmacust with surname Obkagee (sic?) (nigerian male). Sit in cue for my prescription and they call ticket numbers before mine. I complain and get summarily dismissed. This was the last time this clicks could have received my custom!The rating star above should not even be a full one but a 10th of one if that!

More than an hour waiting time my ticket was S111 .Rude nurse her name is Mpho ,puts a sign she is on lunch and never came back to say her lunch is over she just sulked ,walked past us over and over without asking why we were there .Cornwall clicks,goodby forever .

Not impressed with Clicks Pharmacy Cornwall View!! The Pharmacy is extremely slow. After standing for more than an hour for the pharmacist to get my sick toddler’s medication ready he forgot to put all the medicine in the bag. I can’t get hold of the pharmacy telephonically and I’m not driving back! I need the medication delivered!!!

Never go to this Clicks even though they are literally down my street. The main reason is that prices on the shelf is never what it rings up at the till and to remember every price is a mission. Today I thought I just need 2 items and will just pop in there. And same story: R70.00 on the shelf and R99.99 at the till. Not even a 'sorry' from the person I pointed this out to. He just said he will remove the price label from the shelf. You are not doing me a favour sir to let me pay the price on the shelf. This Clicks has a serious problem. Wish we could get a proper Clicks with people who want to do their job in Elarduspark.

Clicks Cornwall view has the slowest service.They take forever to help a client at self-medication / prescription area. They had 3 staff members on duty but all of them took Forever to help their client.

Sorry to hear about your website to log a complaint. 2.2 /5 seems accurate. Why bother, but to warn others..Only once did your sms notification work for a renewal prescription.System allegedly crashed.. 2 months ago.. And I should magically know this..1 star for points on fuel1 star for luckily having stock.
