Great service! Quick and efficient with super friendly staff.

My starter motor decided to pack it in on a Saturday morning …I usually take my vehicle to other places nearby, but CARtime was the only place open in the vicinity. Assisted me straight away and had a new starter motor installed within a couple hours for a very good price. Happy to have discovered this place!

Highly efficient and quality service for my Audi A1 (2013). Added bonus of consistent updates to any work done on the car. Would highly recommend.

I rarely go through the effort of leaving reviews, but unfortunately my experience has annoyed me to the point that I’m now forced to warn others.Upon delivering my vehicle for a full service, I had requested specifically for them to fix the oil leak, where the lady had written it down on the form in front of me. The total service charge including all parts came just short of R5500 with a labour charge of R650 which I had agreed to pay.A month later I’m shocked to find a growing oil spill in my driveway, forcing me to take my car back to inspect. Now already inconveniencing me for a second time of not being able to use my car, their excuse was that they didn’t know how they’d missed it the first time round and apologised for the inconvenience.Unfortunately an apology doesn’t cut having to pay an extra R1300 for labour to fix the leak after they should have already included that in the original service.I will not be using Car Time “quality” service ever again and implore anyone reading this to ensure you’re getting exactly what you asked for, completed before paying and leaving their shop.

This was our first service somewhere other than Audi since our motorplan expired. Hudson & his team were extremely efficient and we were kept updated on the progress throughout the day. Best of all was the price! Really reasonable and will most definitely be making use of their services again.

Amazing Customer service.We are on Holiday from Durban and Cartime Tokai was recommended to me as I had a knocking sound around my front left shocks side.They understood the urgency and took a car off the hoist to inspect from underneath. They had to strip all the plastic pieces away of my Ford Kuga to check the top as well. They got quotes. Offered us a free Uber so we could still enjoy our break rather than sitting in the waiting area.Their prices are superb and the owner manager is extremely professional and knowledgeable.Highly recommended.

Today Hudson came to my rescue and went way above and beyond to help me. They have this fantastic service of organizing you an Uber. I left my phone in the Uber!? Luckily I have my phone to track the device. Hudson lifted us to the location, and we got my phone back. Thank you so so much for helping me out today. Really really appreciate it.
