The Laundry Company

Great friendly service, keep up the good work.

I urge you NOT to make use of the Laundry Companies services. They have lost numerous items of our clothing and are well aware of it. Their response being, “that’s what’s happens when you drop off clothing after hours”, interesting considering they took receipt of clothing “after hours”. To date we have received no assistance or follow up regarding the matter. You’re better off taking your money as well as your laundry and throwing them in the bin, you will get the same result as taking it to the Laundry Company.

Expensive but good service

Stunning workmanship and quality service! . I was quite pleased to meet the most helpful owner of the “The Laundry Company” who informed me that they would have no problem getting my laundry done and that the only thing they could not do on Sundays would be dry cleaning of which I had none. I inquired as to whether they would be able to deliver and was told that would be no problem as they were the laundry service provider for the hotel I was staying at (for some reason my hotel did not see the value in providing Sunday service to their customers but that is another post for another review). If you are in Johannesburg, go out of your way to get your laundry done here.
