Our food sat waiting while the lady chatted and got cold and our chips were so under cooked that we sent them back. To the lady's dismay who was irritated by our request. We have never experienced such rudeness

Had one of the worst burgers that I ever had. It was the so called rib burger special which is just mince meat processed and pressed to remotely resemble a piece of rib meat. It was soggy and served in a white bun that tasted like and resembled cotton wool. Although I asked for no cheese this request was ignored and I got the standard slice of horrible tasting processed cheese. I also had to ask for my serving of chips which was left behind. Staff is surly and all looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Avoid this place at all cost.

We were warned by friends about the bad service and quality of the food vendors within the park. They weren't wrong!When we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile, we ordered our food and speedily recieved it. Unfortunately that's where the good things stop. The buns on our burgers were dry and had a bad texture. There was also a very small amount of sauce on the burger, making it even more difficult to swallow the already dry burger. The cherry on top was that my beef patty, I specifically asked for beef tasted exactly like a pork spare rib patty but it still looked like beef. The burgers really weren't pleasent.I'd recommend you smuggle a sandwich or your own lunch into the park as the service of the Wimpy and the Debonairs within the park is just as bad!

The Water park branch was dead quiet at the time we went. However the staff who were lazing around couldn't be bothered to offer a decent welcome, they also don't seem to have the inclination to ensure the place is clean.. in short it needs to shut down for a day and scrubbed from top to bottom, utterly mortified at the state of the front area and I shudder to consider what the state of the kitchen must be!Hotel branch. Staff are rude and dismissive. I'm also not sure if Steers understand the dynamics of this branch ITS IN A 24 HOUR CASINO and is one of the main sources of 'in room dining' , they offer tge online order service to all guests (as the hotel no longer offers this service) however they close at 20-30!
