My happy place. The new manager Alfi is amazing and so is the front desk staff. Very friendly even at 5am, always encouraging. Trainer Noluthando gives the best 50 Shades Fitter class and has made me obsess over the Body Burn sessions. Love this place.

Great gym with good equipment that provides an excellent workout experience.However, what truly sets it apart is its exceptional manager, who always seems to be aware of everything happening in the gym. He frequently asks me about my strength training goals and consistently boosts my confidence by complimenting my progress.Regardless of whether I've had a good or bad day, I always walk away from our conversations feeling great. I would definitely recommend this gym to others.

Excellent facilities provided for both women and men. The equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly and really helpful. Access to group classes, personal trainers, spinning, steam rooms and shower facilities. The staff are willing to assist and guide where they can.

Very nice gym. Clean, roll of the dice staff, depends how lucky you are.Needs better set up with their sign up fees, to rigid for today's time along with competition who offer better services and products out there.

Absolutely no ventilation at the gym, air cons are never working and no one ever knows when it will be fixed. The gym has a very sweaty smell

This club will close down. The sales people are not up to standard, and the classes are boring. The two best classes are with Yolanda. She is simply outstanding. Wish there is a step class in the morning. I have applied to go to Glenanda, this is how a club should be run. I am not a fan of the wedge.

Be very careful of their fine print, I signed up, and sales consultant says you can cancel anytime after 6 months, after sending email that you relocate, they just ignores it, and asking thousands in cancelation fees, be very careful, they will basically hold you to to the term of the contract, and even if you send emails it's just ignored, and they bill you in anyway,....not worth it
