Very kind and professional.My order was placed on the 28/03/23, On Friday(31/03/23) I got a call that I should expect my order on Monday(03/04/23)Monday before arrival they call, excellent customer service with correct order and offer to open the bed and to advise if I maybe interested in donating my old bed. Unfortunately I have an empty room to use the old bed.Happy with the service. Keep it up.Lufuno

My experience started off shaky due to inconsistencies on the website with regards to deliveries times from 1-3 day to 5-7 day and also 6-10 days.BUT Errol and Philemon saved the day, from the first call to confirm delivery address to when they left they were professional and helpful and super efficient. The 5-star rating if for them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leon gave excellent service.After enquiring on sleeping habits he advised because we sometimes sleep on our stomachs not to toke a soft mattress because could harm our spines.What a pleasure it was to deal with such professionalism.
