Humiliation and unwelcome feel. Grumpy old man not providing the opportunity to speak nor explain and staff stating that this is not a little classroom, regardless of my intentions and clear offer to pay for the advice I needed. Not recommended.

Great service.Quality components.Good range in parts, i would suggest a larger range in MOSFETs and Transistors but good business over all.

I Showed up with 2 micro-controllers - not being sure which one does which. I asked the woman at the front desk for assistance but she had zero engagement in the conversation to assist me. Instead asking Which one do you want.."I explained what I would like and she simply shrugged it off. I pointed out one of the micro-controllers which I thought was the correct one but she just pulled it out from the back and said "Would that be all?" I asked if I can look around a little more and she rolled her eyes with a big sigh. I went back to the desk and bought the micro-controller.After doing some googling on the chip's details. I found that this was not the one I needed for my task. A day later I came back with the slip asking for an exchange or refund (I didn't use the micro-controller at all) since this is not the one I asked for.I mentioned to the man at the desk that this was the wrong micro-controller and he just said "Sorry we don't refund micro-controllers.."Why didn't the lady at the front desk let me know there aren't refunds on micro-controllers after knowing I wasn't sure which one is the correct micro-controller?The man had no intention of helping me or even asking if he can do something else for me.I am VERY unhappy with their service and lack of customer support.I DO NOT recommend them as an electronics solution in Bloemfontein"
