Fantastic gym. Great service. All machines working & in good order. Was a tourist in Cape Town for a couple days - found this gym ideal! Point to note, they don’t accept cash payment. Big pro is there’s a protein bar downstairs but closes @ 5pm. Also, you don’t need to take your water bottle, there’s a fountain.

It's so sad how we as customers have to resort to these type of measures before we're taken seriously. I've been trying to cancel my contract because I'm really not happy with the facilities, i mean. Waiting 3 months for their toilets and showers to be fixed is insane, the false advertising and the administration practice Have been horrible. I canceled my contract via my bank but they still took money, they gave me a number which doesn't work, so what must we do? Horrible experience regarding theor administration from head office. Just another company who is comfortable taking your money.

The classes as scheduled online do not take place, Its all a lie! The rumble class for instance shows that its supposed to be taking place daily at 7:15 only for me to get to the gym and be told that the morning ramble class only takes place on Wednesday. I also got cut by the toilet paper holder as the metal was very sharp. Outdated machines, some not even functional. By Ignite Gym standards, this is by far the worst.
