I would like to thank Sashen Bhagwandeen for his excellent assistance and service. He went the extra mile to assist me with my samsung S23 ultra and samsung watch 5. With his efficiency and broad knowledge of samsung products he assisted me and solved all my problems that I was experiencing. Even though his shift ended he continued to assist until all issues were resolved. This young man is an asset to the Samsung gateway store. Well done and continue with the excellent service.

Don't buy Samsung. We bought a freezer and it was problematic immediately. We bought Samsung expecting quality and good service but got conned. It's pathetic that a brand new freezer was faulty and not repaired.They promised to fix it many times from the first month but never did. It's been 2 years and we have lost so many food items. Samsung refused to acknowledge its problem and sent it back everytime without fixing it. It's just defrosted again and we lost food items again. They refused to fix it. Don't waste your money. Buy from a company that will give you a quality product.

I purchased 2 Samsung adapters and 2 charging chords costing me R1799.96 only to come home and find that nothing works. Samsung Gateway was quick to sell me these products. I found the service below satisfactory and this is just the cherry on the top. It is a great inconvenience and do hope that they organize collection of their defective goods and refund me immediately. I will call them tomorrow but I must say my experience has been poor. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I would not even give them 1 star.

So far, it is looking bad. I have attempted phoning 6 times all during their working hours. 3 calls were busy, so I understand, but the other three rang for a lengthy time and were eventually cut. So not answering calls is the first issue which has blocked the next step taking place.

Pathetic service from manager down to salespersons. Pathetic stock levels. Store does not even have batteries to operate their remotes. Salespersons have no knowledge on the products they are selling. Tvs are not set up completely. Most dreadful experience with Samsung ever. Don't waste your time going to this store as it will change your perspective on the entire brand. The experience in this store is so pathetic that it even has the ability to bring the name of gateway down.Furthermore they were out of stock of many items that should be stocked they then took our number down and said they will contact us once the order comes in and it's a week later and still no phone call.

I went here because it's the only place you can buy an unlocked Samsung smartphone otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.I don't know why it's called Samsung Experience when the only experience is bad service.I felt like I was interrupting their busy schedule.Diveshan spent most of his time trying to sort out another customer's issues on the phone when he should have been focused on serving me. This is how mistakes happen.Samsung should be investing some of their huge profits into getting more staff, paying them decent wages and training them to be more professional.
