Grateful to the X-Computer team for going above and beyond to assist me when my computer crashed. They were able to retrieve all my Data and reinstall my operating system within 24 hours. I was quoted 3x as much as by another service provider. X-Computers were able to do the job in half the time at a third of the price. Would highly recommend their service. Africa was extremely patient and helpful and gave me excellent advice on how to manage my data going forward.

My macbook had fell into water and was not turning on. I took it to the istore and they said it can not be fixed & they were forcing me to spend R18000 on a new one which I did not have the money for. I found XComputers on Google & spoke to Africa! I left my MacBook with him on Monday morning last week and he called me On Friday to collect!My MacBook looked Brand new, working perfectly and all my data was still there! He did not give me a guarantee on water damage but he said to me he would Try his level best and he delivered! He’s customer service, Patience & ability to keep me constantly updated was absolutely Outstanding. Google should have the option for a 10 Star review because that’s what he deserves! His company is literally a Hospital for computers!!!I am so happy with this service the staff and the environment was just so friendly and warm.Well Done to X-Computers. The iStore is not even on this level!

The service is impeccable. I needed an affordable laptop so I can start my freelancing job as a writer and the salesman was able to recommend one for me and it was such a quick and convenient process to get it. Great experience with X-computers. Highly recommended.

Africa is beyond incredible. I was completely blown away by his professionalism and service.I cannot recommend him enough, and if Google would allow it, I'd give him a 5+ star rating!My son's gaming PC was giving us hassles, and Africa fixed the software issue. When I brought it home, it started its nonsense again. Africa came to my house the next morning to check the setup, and see what the problem was. He suspected a faulty cable, took it back to his office, and returned it a few hours later with new cables, and it's working perfectly.Glad I've found a company and person with great integrity. A very rare find, and a business definitely worth supporting.
