Great service from Josephine the cashier. The lady grille was also proactive and the manager Winnie the Poo was on the ball in assisting both front and back as she carried on doing her manegerial duties.I will definitely come again

While I'm placing my order, I look to the corner and one of the employees are sitting by the ice cream machine busy drinking must be milkshake out of a straw. What bothered me was the fact that she drank out of the silver jugs where they mix their ice cream in for milkshakes and she had the audacity to put the silver jug back on the ice cream machine where the ice cream comes out of. In front of the customers. How do you order a milkshake after witnessing that. I will never go back to steers. Wouldn't be surprised if they use that jug and make milkshakes and serve it to customers. How disgusting can you be. What a disgrace.

Yesterday evening 26/04/2023 we ordered burgers, waiting time was 25minutes, it wasn’t even busy. Order placed 19:10, only ready 20:15 and from 8pm was loadshedding. When we got home which is under 5 minutes drive the food was iced cold, burgers and chips. The service is pathetic, you have lost another customer.

Truly disappointed in the service I received. Had to wait long for my food and the portioning of the food was also wrong. The cashiers and manager looked so nonchalant. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

I was very disappointed with the order I received today. I ordered 2 burgers with large chips and I got small chips instead. I know what your large size looks like that's why I chose you on a hungry day. I'm very disappointed to say the least
