Brilliant!! Senior Coach - Sensei Sheldon - Common wealth games Winner, Africa Games Winner!! Teaches Discipline, Confidence, Strength, Fitness, Weight-loss. Small classes and individual attention. You learn something new (regularly) to defend yourself all while having fun for less cost than gym!!

This Club is amazing they help kids achieve more than just their National Colors they help them achieve confidence and self discipline. They have special needs kids that they assist from ADHD, SPD, COD and Autistic.This school is amazing our Son Loves this coach Sheldin is really amazing.
