If i could i would give less than one star. Phoned ,told had in stock drove 1.5 hrs only to be told sorry computer info wrong and then on top of it women was absolutely rude and tried to make it my fault somehow, ( i am argumentative how else should i feel )and told me simply to leave. Never again will use their service and i will email all of my clients to warn them off even if it means going east to buy parts. It is people like her that destroy peoples faith in small business.

I found these people through another business when part of my fridge died. I called and spoke to John, who was truly exceptional. I sent him the required details, he found the part (in stock, which surprised me) and popped it in the mail. Brilliant!

Bloody rip off four times the price you can buy on line at avoid them at all costs I understand a shop has more cost than online but four times more is a bad Joke the counter staff not interested if it was possible to give a lower review I would go somewhere else it can’t be worse

Yes, they did not answer phone for ages but they had the part in stock and it was quite a bit cheaper than online even before adding shipping! How good is that!

Don’t bother. They don’t answer their phone, they’ll shut shop before 5 and will turn you away at the door with the worst attitude. Worst way to try to get something fixed for Christmas I’ll find somewhere else to help me.

Been ringing since 8:30am this morning for an urgent requirement (they are supposed to open at that time) and it is now 9:00am and still no answer, just a recorded message. Seems I'm not the only one on these reviews who has had this (lack of) experience. And they wonder why people buy their parts from eBay and overseas. Why bother supporting a local business with lack of service like this??

Just so good to find real and honest people in the world still. Didn't even have to download a single app, or log in to some other crape I don't need etc. Just went there , got the parts and service I was trying to get, and then that job was done. No extra messing around to drive me more crazy which is the normal now days! Just good old fashioned help and respect and the correct parts and information!
