Called Marc regarding engine light being on and engine misfiring at 8:30am on a Friday. By 12pm he had found the spark plugs and ignition coils required replacing and had the work done. Outstanding service. I will be a returning customer.

I was attracted to Bob Mol motors after reading their explanation of air bag red light issue and the likelihood of clock spring needing replacing. Coming from the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, it was out of my way to go to Caringbah but I was getting fed up with the overcharging and up-selling prevalent with the car dealership and even independent garages. I was impressed with the explanations given by Marc Fowler on the phone and I sensed he was an honest guy, a rare breed in the world of car servicing. Even though Caringbah is a long way, , as a cyclist, I can ride to Kurnell (which I did) or even Royal National Park while the car gets serviced. Funnily, I booked my car in before Xmas but got the day wrong. Despite a shortage of mechanics, Marc fitted me in.
