Internet service provider

I asked for an upgrade to Samsung A32 5G as per promotion. I was given the cheaper A32, no 5G. I only discovered the saleperson's error after 9 days, including Christmas. She now refuses to take the phone back, saying that I missed the 7 day return deadline. I most book it in for assessment which will take 20 working days. I called the store back for their dispute resolution process. They have not given that to me to date, missing my deadline. BTW, the A32 given to me is seriously malfunctioning.3 months later Update: Store owner does not return calls and staff refuse to give me her Emil address. Dispute ongoing.

Avoid this branch unless you have a lot of time to waste. The staff (with only 1 exception) are either very slow or utterly incompetent when processing upgrades.

Called them more than five times not even a single call was taken. But when you get there in store they doing nothing that you can say that they too busy to take calls poor service at it's best those people should be replaced !
