Booked and paid deposit six months in advance requesting five adjacent rooms with aircon. Booking and requirements confirmed in writing.On arrival found that only three rooms were adjacent (The other two being far away and in opposite directions) and that none of them had aircon.We ended up at Sani Pass Resort. So glad we did!

Beautiful clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful week . The roads getting to the gardens is long and tiring but its definitely worthwhile once you get there.
