Wow. The service now is terrible. Phone lines don't work. No one responds to the Whatsapp only line. They just blue tick you. No one calls to inform you if your order is ready. They close lunch time. With just a closed sign, nothing indication what time they opening. Town branch, has no idea how to get ahold of factory branch. Sad truly, it used to be such a great business in Mafikeng. Used to get suck great service before. Not any more.

Extremely poor customer service. You wait days for a response. Quotes and then a different amount on invoice. We paid in full for an order to receive substandard embroidery and differences in colour in the uniforms. Then they have an issue fixing their mess and refuse a refund. Never again will I use them!!!
