Sterling example of a B.E.E. powered entity. Absolutely useless, unresponsive, inefficient and unskilled. RIP S.A.

Completely suck at sorting problems out, I have had a shipment I am paying storage for since March. I pay all my taxes yet they don’t care it seems like.

NCRS, will sink any small business in South Africa, there is no urgency & LOA,S can take up to 120 days if not longer to issue a LOA. the government wants to create jobs, this entity will certainty slow down the growth of this country, with old outdated compliance standards.

Unfortunately I had to give a STAR. This is BAD service with a Smile. They just expect you to Bank deposit or EFT them money when you make a new application. They can't even provide you with an invoice in your business trading name. This one NRCS employee Thamsanqa took 31 days to reply to my email after we paid them up front for their services (without invoice)When I asked Thamsanga what took you 31days to get back to my email he said 'Kindly note that I am not always based in the office, and I respond to emails in their order of receipt (first come first served basis) when I return back to the office.'Then I complained and he requested all our applications to be closed and sent an email out if we want them opened we would have to register again and PAY again.Money lost and time wasted. What a JOKE this is.They NRCS take 90 working days to issue your LOA without physically testing any product. How can any business take 90 working days to process Test reports (paperwork) ONLY.If the service was there from an application (customer) point of view and not 90 working days waiting time it would be understood and fair. And I do get the need for having safe appliances registered. But their system and employees are not helpful and don't execute their jobs making the entire system pointless and might as well be a SCAM for now.

This organization continues to deliver substandard service and results. Been trying to get an extension done on an already approved product for 14 months. In the process I have had to pay twice as my documents got thrown out. Staff have different standards which need to be met on your documentation. All the while they chase you for your levies. Do not answer their phones either.
