What terrible service, ordered 2 products in the online store ( they do have stock) made payment immediately , only to find out that they have big back log on stock items and that delivery could take up to 2 weeks , found this out after I already waited 2 weeks. Feedback received is just they are under tremendous pressure . Requested a refund as I SOURCED THE PRODUCTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE .... Waiting almost 3 weeks on the refund . CJ is blamming Teri , Teri is blaming CJ but guess what still no refund . Gave them a call today to follow up on the payment and they promised the money would be in my account by latest 18/02 . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

As much as communication was lacking during the lock-down period, Ketelkraal did deliver finally. I really appreciated the phone-call I received to explain and apologise for the delay. Well done to the gents there for keeping their promises. This is a company I will support going forward.

The Team at Ketelkraal sorted out my online order really quickly. They communicated very well throughout the process and I can't believe how fast my products arrived. I would definitely recommend using Ketelkraal based on my experiences!

The live music was great and the brandy on tap was amazing. They had a bit of an issue with the gas on the kegs, so the beer was gassy, but once sorted, it should taste great.

Drove to Centurion all the way from the south of Johannesburg to buy Tequila flavouring, only to find when I got home that it was some caramel Vanilla stuff labelled as Tequila flavouring.So update on the response from Ketelkraal:Response from the owner3 hours agoDear Sean, We are apologetic for your experience. We have not yet had a negative review on our essence and we sell hundreds of litres of the essence per month.I find this response condescending and not apologetic at all. Are you insinuating that I don't have functioning taste buds? How is your response fixing the fact that I wasted my money and petrol?

Whar a awesome place with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Service and food is delicious. When in Pretoria again I will definitely pop in again....hopefully a few times.

Great supplier, excellent communication, speedy delivery by courier. Sometimes a delay due to stock, but they keep you up to speed. Keep it up Ketelkraal team!

I placed my order online and to my surprise the order was packed and ready the next day. I received my order the day after by courier and it was packed very nicely. Thank you so much for your friendly and professional service.

Thank you Ketelkraal for prompt service from your Online shop, ordered about two weeks ago, Beni informed me some of my products was on back order but will send it a.s.a.p. Yesterday at 11:15, I received a mail from Beni confirming my order was ready for delivery. Received it at 10:20 today from Centurion to Bloemfontein. Best service in a long time...Keep up the good work guys, will definitely recommend Ketelkraal and will MOST DEFINITELY support them again in the future.....
