Blady useless uninterested cashier that gave me a tired look when I asked if they stocked a certain voucher. Even rolled her eyes. I will keep clear of this place from now

Bad!! Staff are so slow and half asleep!I forgot an item that I purchased from another store and when I went back 10mins later it was gone. Store was empty and the cashier says he never saw it and has no clue what I'm talking about even after I spoke to him and told him it was from other store. They told me to come look for it myself. Worst!!!

Not the best Clicks. Not very friendly staff. Not well stocked. Poor experience at this store and it seems that more product training as well as customer service is much needed here. It's okay to get what you need quickly. But to go and ask a staff member for assistance, that's another story. Update: there's no clinic on site but their website says that there is. On my last visit, I did experience good service from the pharmacy.

Pharmacy is terrible. Lost my scriptAfter emailing it to them. No response had to call in and enquire when will my meds be ready. Promised to get back to me but no response from them to date. As a cancer patient I cannot afford this. I depend on my medication for my treatment and pain control. Will now move my profile to another pharmacy that has their patients needs attentively.

I'd like to thank one pharmacist in particular, his name is Rehim. He was quick and so helpful. One of the best by far. I gave him a list of medication that my gran needed and he had it all within minutes. Friendly and super helpful. I was taken back by his speed on the system and labeling and exceptional customer service. Best pharmacist I've ever met. Well done to you. By Allah grant you all Baraka. Jazakallah shukran

1. Why have a telephone number when you never answer the phone?2. They have everything but the kitchen sink packed to the rafters on haphazardly placed shelving from top to the floor - you'd have to suspend yourself upside down to read the labels & prices of products packed onto the bottom shelves!4. There's no place to swing a mouse - much less social distance - inside this cramped shop. Sick people are forced to breathe, cough & sneeze right onto you. Really!!! Is the manager of Clicks blind, deaf & dumb?5. Even the pharmacy assistants - we assume they have some medical knowledge & training - are content to just stand behind their protective screen, like robots, just automatically reading the scripts & dispensing medication. Can't an automated dispensing machine, powered by artificial intelligence, dispense medication? It will be quicker, more efficient & definitely answer questions more courteously.3. Clear directives are NOT printed and posted on the wall near dispensary regarding the ticketing system - only when you're at the ticket dispensing machine do you realise what's to be done. There is no sanitiser to use on one's hands or sanitising wipes to use on the ticket dispenser once done. So much for hygiene!2. I had my script emailed to me as Id forgotten to take it when I went to my doctor. I went to Clicks Windermere with the printed script.After waiting for some 20 minutes, I arrived at the assistant when my no. was called - only to be told -loudly- that they will not accept the emailed copy from me. They will only accept it if it is emailed to them directly. What a waste of my valuable time, and fuel!No attempt to call the doctor's rooms to verify script; no attempt to check my record on the system - I've been a customer at this particular dispensary for the last 10 years! No courtesy. No apology. Absolutely unprofessional & unhelpful.

Dispensary staff (prescription medicine) rude to customers.If you're fourth in the queue, you may as well leave the shop and come back another time.Communication with customers is awful, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel like you're somehow in the wrong.No congeniality whatsoever.This is the last straw for me. I never give bad reviews, but this has been going on for too long.If you can't deal with the public, then you shouldn't be in a client-facing role. We owe you nothing, and can always take business elsewhere.

Peter Adams(if m not mistaken) is one of the best employees of the store so far. He's very kind and profesional with his job.

Unbelievable service from the pharmacy. I am amazed and utterly astounded at the brilliant service we received from the pharmacists at Clicks Windermere Center.We purchased some suppositories for our son today and by an unfortunate misunderstanding, we received the incorrect dosage. Jared only noticed the issue when he got home. We called the pharmacy. They were so apologetic and they went over and beyond to make it rightNevana, the pharmacist, displayed such care and concern for our son and went to great lengths to ensure that we got the correct suppositories.In a time where the innocent workers at the various branches of Clicks are being unfairly targeted by angry mobs, we must remember that there are good people who understand their calling and who work for the benefit of the customer.

I was minding my own business in front a particular shelf when an employee and a difficult customer walked up to the same shelf, pretended I wasn't there, breathed all over me to the point where I could taste their breath. I got such a fright I just froze in place. I contacted customer services and was helped by a friendly lady who tried to set up a phone call between me and the shop, as I can't always answer the phone. They have not called me once. Do not go to this store if you do not want to be breathed upon in the middle of a pandemic.
