Brendan (of team Jeandre and Sam) at Champion Real Estate has found a listing online with an agency selling my property. So he stalks the photos, figures out which property it is and then most likely pulls my details from the deeds office. I got woken up early this morning because he phoned me and is now whatsapping me to sell my house. Why not contact the other agent, why me? My phone number is not associated with the advert. Your agency doesn't even have a presence in my area.

Sonthea facilitated both the buying of our new home and selling of our old one. She was efficient, friendly and a great communicator. The whole process was pretty complicated - due to multiple properties and people being involved in the transaction - but, she made sure the process went smoothly and kept us up to date with what is happening. She also had great contacts when it came to photographers, lawyers and bond originators. I would definitely recommend her when looking to buy or sell a property.
