We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Summer House. The house is bright and airy and tastefully decorated throughout. Kim was a superb host and made us very welcome and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast which we ate on the terrace sharing experiences with the other guests. We would gladly return.Lynda & Steven French

Easily the best Guest House I’ve ever been to. The Summer House has an exceptional view of the Atlantic seaboard and a fresh breeze to go with it. The finishings and furnishings of the guest house itself are of the best quality and the service offered by the staff is simply amazing!I wouldn’t bother staying anywhere els But the Summer House while staying in Plettenberg Bay! Love it !

Stunning little boutique guest house that is privately owned.Only a short 8 min walk from Plettenberg bay beach this guest house is a delightful place to stay. Tastefully decorated, the balcony rooms have a stunning view of the ocean in the distance.Breakfast (Great spread) was lovely in the morning which we shared with fellow travelers and it was nice to share stories in the tranquil garden.The house is well secured by electric gates with secure parking. Your are given a access remote so can come and go as you please during the day and night. You will need a car to explore Plettenberg bay properly as the town is spread out over a large area with multiple points of interest.We did a hour drive to Tsitsikamma National Park for some hiking and felt Summer House was perfectly located for this.100% recommended Guest house.
